Cancellation Policy
If you cannot make your appointment or you have to reschedule or cancel, you need to notify me 24 hours in advance. If you miss your appointment you will be charged in full for the service. Any Gift certificate that was purchased for a service and you miss your appointment, your gift certificate will become revoked and Invalid. Credit cards Will be taken at the time you make an appointment but will not be charged until day of your appointment.

Children and Cellular Phones
In order to maintain an atmosphere of relaxation and serenity I request that children do not accompany the parents to the skin and body care service. I would be happy to schedule a treatment for a child who is fourteen or older. Please remember to be courteous to all and turn your cellular phone off or to silent.

Prices and Refunds
Prices are subject to change without notice. I regret that we cannot give cash refunds on any skin & body care services, gift certificates or retail products. I will be happy to issue a store credit for any unopened retail product, up to 10 days after purchase date.

Non-sufficient funds
A $35.00 fee will be charged for any returned checks.
